This is the official Terms of Service Agreement for BlastPlay.com ("Us", "We", "Site")
This AGREEMENT covers all content on blastplay.com
If you are in violation of any of these terms then please discontinue using this site immediately!
General:
We are not Responsible for any harm done to your computer by using blastplay.com
You agree that you are at least 13 years old and a legal resident of The US or Canada.
We cannot be held legally responsible for any user posted material.
Submissions:
By "Submitting" your Game('s), Video('s), Pictures('s), and/or Media to Blastplay.com. You agree to the fallowing:
You the user Have the right to host, cache, store, maintain, use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, exhibit, broadcast, and transmit the Game('s), Video('s), Pictures('s), and/or Media you are "Submitting" to blastplay.com.
You the user give blastplay.com the right to host, cache, store, use, publish, distribute, display, exhibit, broadcast, and transmit the Game('s), Video('s), Pictures('s), and/or Media you are "Submitting" to blastplay.com within blastplay.com and myspace.com until a file for removal has been approved.
You the user agree that the Game('s), Video('s), Pictures('s), and/or Media you will be submitting to blastplay.com does not contain any pornographic, slanderous, racist, or illegal material.
You the user understand that you have the right to have your Game('s), Video('s), Pictures('s), and/or Media removed from blastplay.com by clicking the "Remove My Content" button located at the bottom of the home page. You understand that you will be required to provide proof of ownership. The removal process can take up to 10 Business days after satisfactory proof of ownership is received.
We at blastplay.com understand that there is a possibility of content being posted without owners consent. If you see your game on blastplay.com which was posted without your permission, agreement or consent please contact blastplaysupport@gmail.com to have your content removed.
We respect your right to ownership!
User Content/Conduct
We are not responsible for any of the opinions, materials or media that is expressed, shared, posted and/or displayed on blastplay.com by our users.
You understand that we will not tolerate any offensive, racist, slanderous, hateful, profane, threatening, libelous or vulgar material
You the user agree that you will not post any offensive, racist, slanderous, hateful, profane, threatening, libelous or vulgar material to blastplay.com.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR UPDATE THE TERMS OF SERVICE WITHOUT NOTICE!
